Custom software for the processes that don't fit an off-the-shelf package.

For businesses held back by off-the-shelf tools, by systems that won't talk to each other, or by work that's still done by hand because no ready-made product exists for it: I build the software, integration or automation that actually fits.

THE PROBLEM

PAIN POINTS · 01–04

Sound familiar?

  • 01

You pay for five tools that still don't talk to each other.

  • 02

You still do things by hand, because no package does exactly what you need.

  • 03

You've outgrown your current software, but switching isn't an option.

  • 04

You have an idea for a tool or integration, but nobody to build it.

ABOUT JORDY

You work directly with me.

I'm Jordy Wenneker, a software developer based in Weert (NL), with five years of experience in systems that have to work at scale. I built the automation engine behind Reuzenpanda: the part that handles quotes, integrations and recurring processes for the businesses on that platform. Not the whole platform: that part.

No agency, no layers in between. You discuss, decide and build directly with the person who actually writes the software. That keeps the lines short and the choices sharp. The advantage of working with one craftsman instead of a whole agency.

PROVEN AT SCALE

PLATFORM · 300+ · 25+

Where I've done this before.

I built the automation engine behind Reuzenpanda, a SaaS platform used by 300+ businesses across 25+ industries. From window frames and flooring to food-truck bookings and car detailing. So I know how to build these systems robustly and at scale. That is what I now do for businesses where an off-the-shelf package simply falls short.

300+
businesses on the platform
25+
industries served

These are numbers from the platform I helped build. They say something about the scale, not about what I promise you.

A CONCRETE EXAMPLE

For a business that uses this platform as a lead source, I built an integration with Odoo. New leads now become quotes automatically, without anyone retyping a thing. By now that adds up to thousands of quotes nobody has to copy over by hand.

WHAT IT GETS YOU

FOUR WAYS

Software that bends to how you work, not the other way around.

01

Your tools finally talk to each other

No more data you retype from one system into the next. A custom integration between the tools you already use, so everything lands in the right place automatically.

02

One overview that follows your process

A custom internal tool or dashboard that follows exactly how you work. You steer on the numbers that matter to you, not on whatever an off-the-shelf package happens to show.

03

The repetitive manual work disappears

Processes no standard tool can handle, we automate. You and your team get time back for the work that actually matters, instead of the retyping.

04

The feature you're missing, added after all

An extension on top of the software you already use. Not a replacement for what works, but exactly the piece you were missing.

PREVIOUSLY INTEGRATED WITH Odoo · Shopify · WooCommerce · Zapier · Make.com · Reuzenpanda

What I don't do: replace your existing package, or build a standalone app with no process underneath it.

Is your software not on the list? If it has an API, I can connect to it.

HOW IT WORKS

FROM QUESTION TO DELIVERY

From stuck to working software, in four steps.

First we take an honest look at it together. Only if custom software is genuinely the best choice do we go further.

01

Free check (30 min)

We look at where you're stuck, together. Online or on site, whatever suits you. No strings attached.

02

Honest advice

Sometimes an existing package is simply the best choice. Then I'll say so, even if it costs me the job. If custom work does fit, you get a proposal for a first step: fixed price, concrete result, clear lead time.

03

A short, clear build

I build the first step. You see it take shape along the way and steer where needed. No months of silence.

04

Delivery, and beyond

Working software, your code, documentation included. Build on it step by step, or stop. You decide.

THE GUARANTEE

RISK · ON ME

The first step is risk-free. Literally.

Custom software feels like a leap of faith: you pay, and you hope it works. Not with me. We agree up front what the first step has to deliver, and that is what I stand behind.

A fixed price, up front

You know exactly what the first step costs before we start. No open ends, no hourly overruns, no surprises afterwards.

A concrete result, in writing

We agree together what the step has to deliver, concrete and testable, so there's no debate afterwards about whether it "works".

Otherwise you don't pay

If I don't deliver that agreed result, you don't pay for that first step. Simple as that. The risk sits with me, not with you.

€1,500 for a first, clearly-scoped step (excl. VAT)

A complete project

An integration between two systems
€2,000 – €6,000
An automated process
€3,000 – €8,000
An internal tool or dashboard
€5,000 – €12,000

Excl. VAT. What drives the price: how many systems need to talk to each other, how many exceptions your process has and whether your current software has a usable API.

Larger projects are budgeted in fixed steps. You decide at each step whether we continue.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Before you commit to anything.

How does the "otherwise you don't pay" guarantee work?

For the first step, we agree up front what the result has to be, concrete and testable, so there's no room for debate afterwards. If I don't deliver that, you don't pay for that first step. Simple as that. The guarantee covers what gets delivered, not the date. The risk of "it doesn't work the way I hoped" sits with me, not with you.

Isn't my business too small for custom software?

No, almost never. It's precisely smaller businesses that lose a lot of time to manual work larger organisations automated away long ago. Custom software doesn't have to start big. Often one well-aimed integration or tool is enough to save noticeable time.

What does it cost and how long does it take?

Every project starts with a free check. If custom software genuinely fits, I'll propose a first step with a fixed price and a clear lead time, so you know exactly where you stand before committing to anything big. A first step is a clearly-scoped, working result, for example one integration or one process, and costs €1,500 excl. VAT. A complete project depends on the kind of work: an integration between two systems usually runs between €2,000 and €6,000, an automated process usually runs between €3,000 and €8,000 and an internal tool or dashboard usually runs between €5,000 and €12,000. Amounts are excl. VAT. What drives the price: how many systems need to talk to each other, how many exceptions your process has and whether your current software has a usable API. A first step takes usually 2 to 3 weeks, counted from the moment I have access to your systems and the necessary API access is in place. As for scheduling: in the free check you'll hear right away when I can start. Usually that's within a few weeks. No open ends, no surprises after the fact.

Will I be locked in to you?

No. You get your own code and documentation, built on common, open technology. No locked-down system only I can maintain. You're free to move on with someone else whenever you want. I want to keep you as a client because you're happy, not because you can't leave.

Who maintains it, and what if you drop out?

A fair question when you work with one craftsman instead of an agency. That's why I write maintainable, documented code on common, well-documented technology, so another developer can take over if that's ever needed. We agree up front where the code and the accounts live and in whose name, so you never end up debating that afterwards. If something doesn't work the way we agreed up front and that's down to my work, I fix it free of charge, up to three months after delivery. If something changes on your side or at a vendor after that, I'll help you with that too, but as paid work. After that you can hire me per job, or we agree a fixed amount per month, whatever fits how often you need me. I respond on working days, usually the same day.

You'll get access to my systems. What about my data?

I don't ask for more access than I need, as much as possible on accounts that are yours and that you can revoke at any time. If a developer account with a vendor is needed on top of that, you'll hear it up front. To build and test, we agree together which data I'm allowed to work with. If I process personal data on your behalf, we put a data processing agreement in place before I start working with that data.

I don't know exactly what I need yet. Is that a problem?

Not at all. That's the normal place to start. You only need to know where it hurts. During the free check we translate that, together, into what's technically possible and what the first logical step would be.
